I think this might be a ww recipe... a friend gave it to me. It rocks!!!

1 8 oz tub of cool whip Fat free (the kind that is 15 calories per serving)
1 8 oz fat free plain nonfat yogurt
mix that together then add
1 small can manderine oranges drained
8 oz of crushed pineapple
then sprinkle 1 small box of fat free sugar free vanilla pudding and mix it all together.
makes 5 1 cup servings equal to183 calories a cup. Yummy!!

    You can do the same thing with canned pumpkin. Very yummy if you like pumpin pie!!!!

    I don't know if you have to have the yogurt in it though.

    Also if you like Key Lime Pie, get lime flavored instant jellow mix, fat free cool whip and key lime pie flavored yogurt! Mix well, enjoy!
