30 day shred how to log it?? No idea

hi guys just wondering how everyone logs the 30 day shred? Circuit? Trying to be as accurate as I can suggestions PLEASE

    I logged it as aerobics, you could probably do 'calisthenics' and that wouldn't be far off either

  • i log it under circuit training. It's pretty accurate when I compared it to what I read I would burn doing one of JM's levels
