Hi all:
I have been a user for over a year. Does anyone have any information about the reliability of the polar heart rate monitors with respect to the number of calories burned. I have made all the settings for height, weight, age etc. Any thoughts would be appreciated
thanks - David

There are a few websites that claim Polar is among the most reliable and accurate. Off the top of my head I can't remember them though. Accuracy is somewhat based on the model though. The ones that factor VO2max are more accurate than those that do not.0
