A problem I know alot of people wish to have, but with breastfeeding I am supposed to eat 1700 somedays I can barely eat 1200. I don't want to fill up on junk calories (I figured that would do more harm than good) What can i do to help boost my calorie counts

Eat calorie-dense foods. Peanut butter, cook with olive or coconut oil, avocado, chia seeds, full-fat dairy... you will have no problem reaching your goal!0
