Can vitamins make you gain weight? I saw something about it online and I'm just curious. Does anyone know if there is research on it?

I seriously doubt it. Vitamins are usually very low in calories and as far as I know, they have no effect on appetite.0

Can they physically make your weight go up? No
But some vitamins make me hungrier than normal although research says it's not possible.0 -
I believe slit of it depends on the quality of the vitamin. You want a good natural daily supplement that will provide the most absorption and help you feel the best. I love the one I'm taking now. Let me know if you want mire info on it.
All friends welcome. Were in it to win it guys!0
