Hello everyone. I am new to this site...just joined last night. I have to say that knowing that I am going to track everything that I am eating, is making me think before I put them in my mouth.

I hope to make some friends on here and help support others. I am motivated to eat right, exercise and lose the weight.

    :flowerforyou: Welcome to both of you! Just use the food and exercise diaries and you can't help but lose weight. I usually log my meals the night before that way I stay on track during the day.

    :smile: Good Luck - I am personally hoping to make myself more accountable by writing everything down. It seems to already be making me think about it at least. Good to see you here!

    Trust me, it is a huge eye-opened to start tracking your calories and you probably won't ever look at food the same way again!! lol! (It is definitely a big tool for weight loss!!)

    I am new here too, and I have found it useful to pre-plan my largest meal of the day, dinner, which I usually eat around 3 p.m... that way I know how many other calories i have to spread out the rest of the day and makes planning much easier so I dont end up having a ton left over late at night, or none left over in the evening, etc.

    Good luck all the new ones with you weight loss Journey.. i have only been on this site for about 3 weeks now and I have been working out everyday and monitoring what I am eating daily boy does that help.. I am so aware of what is going in my mouth for sure...
