I did a search to find the measurements but dont totally understand what it all means. I want to be able to improve my workouts by using this info. My TDEE is 2687-3713 (depending on my workout scheduled. I am currently workout out every day for the next month or two).. My BMR according to this site is 1933. According to Fat 2 Fit Katch-McArdle Forumla my BMR is1391 calories. According to the Military fat calculator my BMI is 52.9% and currently have 131.8 pounds of fat on my body. But This site days it is 39% BMI on here and on the standard BMI measurement site. What does this all mean and how do I use it?????

Don't make it so hard... just pick one and try it out. All those numbers are estimates anyway, you will only tell what is right for you once you've tried it out a bit.
If you are using MFP - then make sure you have entered your info (age, height, weight etc) accurately, pick the activity level that reflects your regular activities (without exercise) and choose a realistic weight loss goal (1 pound a week is recommended, I started out at 1/2 pound a month and found that I acutally lost more).
Then eat the cals MFP suggests plus your exercise cals and in a month or two you can evaluate how it is going and see if you need to change.0
