Ok so the posts about increasing protein intake and protein powders got me thinking. I recently started a weight lifting regime and would like to get some extra protein in the morning by making a protein powder smoothie. Any suggestions for good low carb high protein powders? I have a few girlfriends who are VPX/Redline girls and I was thinking about going with that because it's readily available to me but if anyone has any other suggestions, feel free to let me in on it!

I like Jay Robb protein powder. Not chalky, doesn't smell like protein powder, actually smooth. Taste good and NO sugar! GL0

I try to drink protein after my workout to help with muscle recovery. I love Designer Whey's Protein to Go packs. So far I've only tried the orange mango but they taste is very pleasant.
Some times you can't avoid a little chalkiness but I get this down without any problems. They also have a pomegranate flavor.
One to go pack is 50 calories, 0.5 grams of fat, 2 grams of carbs & 10 grams of protein.0
