I Started on my fitness pal a year ago but quit logging food after about 2 months. I've decided today to start over and live a healthier life. I have lost weight before and know what I should do to lose the weight. Today I am making a serious commitment to exercising daily watching what I eat and making better food choices. The blog also help with support from everyone trying to attain the same goal. Wish me luck , I look forward to hearning from some of you and making some new friends along the way. Thanks for listening . Deb

Welcome back and good luck in reaching your goals!

You can do this. Food just isn't that important, you know what I mean? Don't ever let it control you again.

Welcome back, Deb! As you can see from my "Joined Aug2007" status, I know what you are going through. It wasn't until this October that I really felt ready to give living a better lifestyle a real attempt. And in spite of the ups and downs along the way, I'm significantly less of a person now than I was a few months ago.

Way to go us! Second chances!

    Welcome!
