calories by exercise reference

When I looked in the database for exercise, it wouldn't create a list of calories within the activity until I plugged in my weight and time for a single value. My doctor told me to start by walking 30 minutes daily, which I'm doing on a treadmill, but I want to upgrade once I get that down. Who has (or publishes) a calories used by exercise reference?

You mean like a chart so you can visually see what pace or activity would burn more calories?

You still plug in weight and duration, but you can see all of them at once.

It may or may not be anywhere near correct for you. But it will show at least the relative nature to compare types of exercises, pace differences, and difference in calories.

I've looked all over for one that would allow age and weight, at minimum, but no go.

If you are on a treadmill and can track your avg heart rate during the whole activity, or at least view it from time to time, you can take that value here for better estimate. And this would be doing treadmill, elliptical, exercise bike, anything with HR reading on it.
You can work backwords too and see what HR you need to maintain for 30 min to burn so many calories. Like if 500 / day is goal.
