are you getting enough fiber? Your local health food store can help you with supplements. I have issues too, though mine are more like going only once a week. You may also want to call your Dr. The pellets is like constipation. I strongly suggest adding more fiber to your diet. It def won't hurt:) Flax seed, oat bran. Mine is finely ground and mixed in w/ my oatmeal or cream of wheat in the mornings. It helps0

You need a decent amount of fibre to "bind" it altogether! Flaxseed is good sprinkled on porridge or salads!are you getting enough fiber? Your local health food store can help you with supplements. I have noticed a massive change since I started eating fibre. I eat porridge every morning and now I am so consistent and it's all lovely.
Eat fibre, poop nicely!

I was having the same problems for weeks and weeks. I'm a nursing student, and it's nothing unnormal I assure you. You just need more fibre. I've been taking additional supplements daily and since then I've been normal and regular. Take a look at my diary and you'll probably see we are eating the same things.0

First off, consult a doctor. While we all want to help you, only a doctor can evaluate you with the proper equipment.
With that being said, as soon as I read your input I assumed you had changed your diet abruptly. Though, months have gone by and your body should have corrected itself.
Make sure you are taking a daily supplement, and try to log (no pun intended) your daily intake by food type aka Dairy/Cheese, Beef, etc. I've noticed that dairy products and fatty beef have this effect on people, so check those first.
Hopefully, you can get to a doctor though. It's not too serious, but your intestines might be narrowing and only the Doc will know for sure.0 -
Try adding more fiber to your diet. Flax seeds are wonderful. Grind up a Tablespoon and add them to your oatmeal or a smoothie, and make sure you are drinking lots of water. Prunes are really good too. There are two types of fibre soluble and insoluble. Green leafy lettuce is good too. Sometimes we can eat too much of one thing and think it is good for us. Fruits and veggies are good, but you need to eat them in moderation along with other healthy foods.0

Honestly when I look at your diary it really doesn't look like all that much fruit, veggies, and water to me. It's a healthy minimum at best- no more.
If you haven't had a checkup in a while get one. You should be confident you have a clean bill of health.
Prune juice and green juices (if you have a juicer or can get to a juice bar) will definitely clean you out and might be what you need to get on the right track. You shouldn't have to rely on them long term to have normal stool though.
More water and raw veggies are warranted. More exercise especially core exercises are also good for your bowels. If you are under stress meditate or try other stress reduction strategies.
Good luck.0 -

8 portions of fruit and veg are there!0 -
I agree that you probably aren't getting enough water. The more fiber you eat, the more water you need. Otherwise...rabbit poops. :-)0

Get some Psyillium Husk. It's amazing!!! I suffered a bit with increased protein but this stuff works wonders. I mixed it into yoghurt and just made sure i had a glass of water with it.0

Poo comes in all shapes and sizes and I wouldn't worry too much. Stressing can actually make things seem a lot worse and get your tummy in an even bigger twist.
I don't go nearly as often as I used to when I was eating 3000-4000 Calories a day. Now like you I'm on about 2100 a day and often I get rabbit poo days too. And funnily enough, when I think back to when I was younger and thinner, I had similar bowel movements.
I know everyone's been on about going to your GP, but in the first instance... speak to a pharmacist. Funnily enough, most pharmacists can advise on common conditions and advise if an over-the-counter remedy might be available. if you are constipated and if you've increased your fibre content while at the same time reduced your fat content then you might be a little bit constipated and you might need to increase your fluid intake or take a mild laxative. If the pharmacist thinks it's something worrying they'll refer you to visit your GP.0 -
LOL! My favorite subject is pooping, mainly because I have had so many problems with it over the years.
First question, were you on any type of antibiotics before this started happening? If so, they actually kill the good bacteria in your intestines and you need to repopulate your bacteria colonies. You do this by purchasing some probiotics at a green grocer or a a health food store. Be prepared, a good bottle of them could run you 30.00.
You can try a product called betaine HCL, you can get it at a health food store. Take it right before you eat and it helps with digestion.
Do not forget that certain medications can also cause this to happen, especially any type of pill to aid in sleep or anxiety.
Good luck and if you try the digestive supplements and they do not have you back on track in a couple of weeks, I suggest going to your dr.0 -
ADD CHIA SEEDS TO YOUR DIET!
I had YOUR problem for 6 months. I didn't give up until i found something that worked. And for me, it was having one heaping tablespoon per day of chia seeds. (Not to mention, washing them down with a huge glass of water).

Check out your levels of insoluble versus soluble fiber. You may need more soluble fiber in your diet to bulk out the contents of your colon without causing constipation. Soluble fiber plus adequate water = a gel that smoothes everything along.
According to the Mayo Clinic good sources of soluble fiber are: "oats, peas, beans, apples, citrus fruits, carrots, barley and psyllium." I supplement mine with a few scoops of Benefiber in my water bottle each day.0 -
maybe flax seed oil will help or fish oil also chia seeds added to water put in the fridge till it goes like jelly, or add to salads or cereal , and maybe try drinking some good quality juice or green tea0

Just thought of something else. Probiotics. Start with something gentle like culturelle or yogurt with active cultures.0
