    Hmm Im gonna try the red bell pepper & hummus..Ive been eating it with triscuits but I prefer to remain low carb..thks for the post

    there is also a 90 cal package chicken of the sea healthy selections tuna. 1g fat, 0 carbs, 20g protein, and a nice dose of omega 3. just adding this to it. i:heart:tuna. :happy:
