Daily Goal of Fat

Dear Friends,
I am always low on Fat the days I dont eat fish. I tried eating Almonds and Walnuts but still cant come to daily quota of 60 gms.I bearly manage to get 20-30gms. Need some healthy ideas for reaching my FAT goals.

We usually advise to eat as less as possible saturated fat, but 1 gr of good fat (poly/ mono unsaturated) per kilo.
If you weight 60 kilos, try to eat around 60 grams per day
So you can try : fish oils in caps, good chocolates (80%-100%),0
