no loss

I started my diet new year was 13 stone 5 lbs lost 1st week 5lbs, 2nd week 2 lbs, 3rdweek no loss but look slimmer. Am eating the right amount and walking and cycling but no loss

    Hang in there...I just started hard core Jan 23rd, lost 4lbs first week and now nothing. I am sure it is muscle building:smile: ...Keep it up you're doing great!!!!
