Seriously....I have yo-yoed on my weight for the past few years. I'm not stupid when it comes to eating right and exercising, I have a degree in Exercise Science, but applying the principles is always where I fall short. I'm not far from where I want be. My biggest downfall is that I jumpstart weight loss with exercise and eating right, then I stop the exercise, which leaves me feel blah, even at my goal weight. I'm determined this time to make that lifestyle change/ I have a one year old that I want to know the importance of healthy eating and exercise. My husband is also on this journey, so my support at home is really good. Crossing my fingers I stick with it this time!
