Hello.

Im looking for a kick start to my diet. Iv been dieting for over a yr (on and off) and currently have 17 wks (till my holiday), to lose a desired 28lbs.... Im quite scared of hitting a plateau... this hasnt happened yet... But i dont want it to in the next 17 weeks either!!

Im looking to kick start it for simply 2 weeks, and have been told one of these 2 would be the best thing for me, but i dont know the difference?

Any help is appreciated..... But please dont tell me the dangers etc... I have researched them in full and am happy to give it a go.
