Hi All,
I have been gven a 10k training program which says on Wendesdays to "CT" I assume this means cross train, but doesn't that mean that I actaully go on the crosstrainer (elipical trainer) or does it mean something different?

CT does mean cross training.
Usually cross training can be any workout (hard) other than running. Spinning, elliptical, swimming, weight lifting, etc. I try to do some resistance work (i.e. BodyPump, Ripped in 30) plus a 30 min session on the Arc Trainer or Spinning.

The above link provides recommended cross training workouts for a marathon training plan I did that concentrated on 3 key running workouts + cross training per week.0
