Happy Burns Night to any Scots here I've interacted with, and Hospital A&E Depts all over the land :laugh:

I'm not a Scot but, if I was organised, I'd be eating Haggis, Neeps&Tatties tonight with a whisky gravy. Still, if I check out supermarkets tomorrow I should be able to get those items a lot cheaper.

    I'm celebrating the Year Of The Dragon as well as Burns' Night tonight. I call it Chinese Burns Night.

    Today I will be drinking mainly malt whisky (non diet) I could not stomach haggis

    I shall be having some with neeps & tatties (well mashed carrot & swede with a wee bit of mash). I was threatening to make an oatmeal & whisky cream sauce, but I'm lacking a couple of fundamental ingredients (and it ain't the Scotch :drinker: :laugh: )

    My Sassenach husband doesn't like any kind of offal so Haggis is on his list of devil's foods :devil: (along with beetroot & vimto)
