Hello all

I don't know how to log in my TRX class in as exercise. It is a 1 hr. class with all TRX moves, but in between the moves, we do 1 minute of cardio (burpees, mountain climbers, chest ball walls, chair walls, and some other crazy things that I can't even do yet :)). I logged in as 1 hr of aerobics, but not sure that is correct.........any ideas?

  • I do a similar class. I count up the number of minutes of hard core cardio we do and input that as Circuit Training and then the remaining time as vigorous weight training. I borrowed a friend's heart rate monitor to check out whether this was a good estimate and it was only about 35 calories out so pretty good 'best guess'.
