Down 9lbs so far

I've been fighting a long time to get this weight off, I am finally down to 269. I know exactly what my calorie intake has been over the last two weeks.I have cut out the beer. Weigh out my meat and have omlets for dinner. That's the biggest thing that has worked for me. I've been working out on average three days a week. Really need to get this number to five days a week. I don't have alot of friends on here so if anyone wants to add me, please feel free to do so. We're all in this together.
