Like many of you, I've done this weight loss thing before. Over the last year & 1/2 I have let nearly 30 lbs creep back on (laziness, almost 100% unhealthy eating... the usual). I've done quite well over the last couple of weeks since returning to MFP to take this thing seriously, but I could use some MFP pals for encouragement. Interested?
In a nutshell: I was nearly 270 lbs at my heaviest (almost 10 years ago now), and was about 185 at my lowest (2 years ago). I'm 5'7", so even though I was in great shape at that point, I still needed to lose about 25 lbs to be at a healthy weight for my height. I have yet to reach that "healthy range" goal, but I am determined. My big issues are sweets (I shouldn't even be allowed near a pastry), and being too lazy to work out.
I really would just like to "friend" some folks here just so I can see their daily activity & progress-- that alone is encouragement. So add me. Tell me about you. Let's do this.
