I just thought I should share this with all. I have tried dieting soooo many times and done ok initially but then it all tailed off. This time I thought I would try something different in conjunction with everything I used to try. I have a hypnotherapy CD. I thought -would it really work? Well I have nothing to lose by trying!
Its fantastic-I feel really motivated, happy, I am not hungry, i am eating a quarter of what I used to and feeling full. It helps me relax at night. Since the 1st of January, of course with monitoring calories etc I have lost stone and it was no effort at all. My initial target was a stone by Easter but now I am looking actually feel excited about how I could be in a few months time. I thoroughly recomment getting yourself one to try. There are so many out there to choose from but mine is general motivation and visualisation of a gastric band placement and it was less than £4!!
