ok noob question

im new to watching what im eating and i consanly see ppl saying nuts are good.
but what king of nuts im guessing its not the roast hb nuts off the shelf.
is it like uncooked peanuts they are talking about???

    I avoid peanuts but i do try and eat a fair amount of seeds and nuts for the good oils.

    So -
    Almonds
    Linseed (ground)
    Sesame seed
    Walnuts Brazil nuts
    Sunflower seeds
    Pumpkin seeds
    Chai seeds
    None of the above roasted or salted just raw.

    Just make sure you weigh them and work out your balance for the day. Chai and linseed is a good way to get your good omega fats. I have only started on my weight lose but my stategy is to get most of my fats for nutrient dense nuts. Hopefully that works for me.
