I did a search for this, but the most I saw was vague comments about how it's good. My husband found it and is excited and since I've started doing kettlebell workouts it would be something that he and I could do together... But $80 is a little pricy and I never really trust the feedback listed on sites that are trying to sell me something.
So, has anyone used it that has specific feedback? Would you recommend it? (I'm currently playing with a 15 pound kettlebell, if that matters)

Looking for more info. 80 bux seems a little spendy for some kettle bell exercises, but they seem to be a good blend of strength and cardio.
I'll let you know if I find more..0 -
