ME TOO!!! I always run into this problem  . . .
Something that helps me is to have a protein-heavy hot breakfast - eggs and a lean meat. If you want some carbs, oatmeal is of course the best way to go .
I also notice that my food choices throughout the day make a big difference. When I eat cookies in the afternoon, I'm always STARVING for dinner.
However, I tend to feel hungry regardless of what I do. Sugar free gum helps - but when I can get it, LETTUCE AND WATER is awesome. A bag of prewashed lettuce is great to keep on hand. I can munch it for barely ANY calories, and it definitely satisfies my desire to chew on something crunchy. If I pair it with a couple glasses of water, I can feel really filled up for about 50 calories (and I get some green stuff in my day).
My last suggestion is to check out hungrygirl.com. It's got tons of great low, low calorie products that help you munch more for less (calories, that is) .
Good luck! You can do it!!!0 -
I think you should try theese things, no beef, lean meat only, such as chicken and pork w/o any fat on either. Eat more often 4 to 6 times a day depending on your weight if your 250 to 300 lbs try to get the 6 times down, if your over that try to eat 6 to 8 times a day (naturally you have more kcals to burn). Water intake, you have to get your water intake proper 8-8oz glasses a day per 200 lbs (give or take) thats only 4 bottles of water a day this is very key it helps your body function better, if your pee is yellow you need to drink more water). Try a protein shake for breakfast instead of eating(this can boost your metabolisim greatly), And lastly try a multivitamin -good luck-0
