Hi all,
I'd just like to say a quick hello, though I probably won't post much in general!
I've decided that I want to get myself back to what I consider healthy. I was around 140lb about 3 years ago but the weight has crept up on me. I'm now pushing 30 and nearly 190lb! My other half tells me that I still look beautiful, but to myself I look like a blob
I tried going to the gym, but didn't like it. I felt too self conscious when I did go, and I know I wouldn't be able to keep forcing myself to do it if I didn't enjoy it. Instead I'm working out on my WiiFit, walking at lunch time and I should have a new bike by this weekend, so I'll be doing some on that too. Anything is better than the nothing that I was doing! I'm taking it slowly and hoping to lose just 1lb a week. It would be nice to be back under 12st for my birthday in August.
