I lost it HEALTHILY I may add, i.e. eating my calories and exercising, but now it's just not budging. Can someone help? I can't believe the first 10 came off so easily but now I'm stuck! I am currently 180, and started at 190 and my goal in somewhere between 155-160. What can I do? xx

If you lost 10 lb in 20 days it wasn't healthy.

some of the loss will be as a result of changes in your diet - the amount of water in your body, and... err... the amount of food on its way through., on top of that you have daily caiation, and almost certainly your monthly cycle will be getting involved too.

but you'll probably want to open your diary if you want more input.

How do I open my diary I will be happy to do that! I didn't do anything unhealthy, I just ate like I did before except made healthier choices and ate better foods and exercised more often :)

It looks reasonable enough, how long has it been "stuck"

Given you seem to have been aiming for 1/2 or 1 lb per week, losing 3 pounds a week won't have been fat, so the the continued weight loss is probably being masked by your body re-adjusting and restoring whatever caused the big weight loss.

I'm sure more knowledgeable members will be along soon.

Most of the first 10lbs is water weight. If you are losing fat you usually will notice it in clothes and measurements before you notice it on the scale. It is important to keep track of those measurements.

I've seen it explained many different ways but trust me that you are doing the right thing. Keep at or below your calorie goal and the scale will move.

And you can lose 10 LBS within 20 days and it be healthy. Also (especial for women through their cycle) weight can fluxuate +/- 5lbs per day in water weight. You may want to take that into consideration as well.

Just don't quit, look for NSV (Non Scale Victories) to keep you going until you start to lose the lbs.

I for one lost 16 lbs in about 2 weeks and have stayed steady for the last 4 days. It is ok, it will happen, but your body is burning fat even if the pounds are falling off.
