what to do once you reach your UGW?

once you have reached your ugw what do you do? How slow do you increase your calories? Do you increase exercise? Do you try and mantain? whats your guys plans??

    Go shopping!!!!! And probably just try to maintain and enjoy the new lifestyle ;)

    Once I reach my ultimate goal weight, I will probably make gradual changes over the period of several months to make sure things 'stabilize'. I figure I will have to eat more in order to go from losing to maintenance, but I'll want to be careful that I don't gain back. I will probably count calories for the rest of my life, even at my goal weight, to make sure that I don't go back into old habits. I stopped counting over the holidays and I gained 4 lbs. And the thing is - I didn't even go crazy gorging over the holidays. That weight gain is just my day to day effect of unaccountability. I will also continue to work out because I like it now. I probably won't work out every day like I am now, but will make it a point to work out 4 times a week minimum.

    Oh, and I'm gonig to take a nice long 'active' vacation, like visit macchu picchu or something like that.

    I'll slightly increase my daily calories to maintenance, but other than that I don't plan on changing anything.
