Success is about the journey; little steps

Good morning everyone,
I hope all of you had a great day. I'm on a mission to make health and weight changes that I should have been successful at a few years ago.
I work in the health and fitness industry and have worked my way from being a personal trainer into a director role. Unfortunately this postion comes with a desk job and I am not on the fitness floor as often as I used to be.
I have made the decision to get myself back to my previous health and training weight, 195lbs. I started my fitness pal at 237lbs and so far I am about to break 230.
My energy and regular workouts are full of success. My clean eating plan keeps me with lots of energy and good healthy foods in my system.
I am here to be successful but also to be a resource. Please let me know if I can be any assistance to you.
Remember be a little better than you were yesterday. Aim for 90% success each week!
