milk vs almond milk and soy milk

I have never tried almond milk or soy and I'm just wondering what the difference is to normal cows milk. What are the benefits and also is the Calorie content different? I want to try almond milk and was just wondering. Thanks

    I have tried the Almond Breeze Sugar Free Vanilla Milk, to make my protein shakes with, and it has less calories and taste pretty good.

    i tried silk chocolate soy milk and it taste a little more watered down than regular but not too bad. I don't know the difference in cals and amounts though. sorry.
