    Ok heres my ultimate running playlist: mostly rap (some old, some new)) and fast paced music.
    ps. I never used to like rap but its GREAT for running!!!!!
    Seriously try some of these songs out!

    The first song is the first song I play for a nice am jog, or the last song i play at the end of my run. Not a Miley Cyrus fan but good song!

    I'm glad I'm not the only one. For some reason owning more music makes me feel powerful.

    This thread has really helped me keep my interest up while running, I run more to listen to the great music! The only problem is I'm now having trouble eating all of my calories!
