Hard Habits to shake

I have 2 habits that are proving difficult to shake and I think by putting it out there it will help give me some accountability.

1. I love to have candy at work. I usually eat candy everyday. I never used to be like this, but I've gotten used to doing it. I find myself craving it the past few days and am proud to say I haven't caved!

2. My husband and I will usually have 1-2 adult beverages at night. I know it's just full of sugar, so I'm opting out this week and trying to use exercise to relax me rather than letting cocktail hour relax me. I'm doing well so far but, like the candy, I still crave it!
