Rant - long about school

I work full time in research running machines at a medical center in a university. One of my benefits is tuition and since I have little possibility for advancement I have started taking classes in personal financial planning and am working towards another undergrad degree. My boss is nice enough to let me out a little early and to be flexible to let me go to class during some work time. With some of the machines I can do school work at work as I just set them up and have to keep an eye on them and fix them if something goes wrong.

SO here's the problem. We had our first assignment due in one class last night and he gave us someone else's assignment to critique. The person who I am supposed to critique didn't put half his stuff online so I can't do it. I emailed the professor who says he emailed the guy for him to put his stuff up but if he doesn't by 3pm to email him again and he'll give me someone else. THIS COMPLETELY THROWS MY DAY OFF. I am so angry! I really want to send the professor an angry email. We also have a test in this class tomorrow when this critique is also due. I am probably the only one in this class that has a full time job. I am taking another class also. Mortgage, husband, and other responsibilities.. Having to depend on irresponsible children has just ruined my day. So angry. So I don't know if I should even start looking at this kids stuff since I might get someone else. This won't be short either. Its like 5 made up spreadsheets in excel and a word assignment and mine was 6 pages in word. So pissed.. I don't want to piss off the professor but COME ON...
