Rest days/reward days

Hi, I have been diligently entering my meals, working out and sticking to my calorie limit for about a month now. I was wondering if I should allow myself rest days or reward days where I can eat something I like that is high in calorie (maybe once in 2 weeks or so). I have stopped eating out (even though I enjoy it a lot) in order to make sure I stay within the calorific limit and eat healthy. Looking forward to reading some thoughts on this.

    I do, if I am going to change the way I eat I have to allow myself to enjoy things I eat, even if they arent healthy.
