Hi all,
Does anyone know for an app or website where I can get info on where to start with weight lifting?
I really want something like five or 6 lifts just to get me started(if poss) are there any someone would suggest to start with?
Cheers,

I like a site called fitnessbliss. It's free and you can have workouts created for you by selecting what kind of equipment you own or what equipment the gym has if you go to one. It also generates workouts by you listing which muscle areas you want to work on and their level of importance. It doesn't have a mobile app but the mobile version of the site is fairly useful.0

If I were you, the 6 lifts I would start with are:
Squats
Deadlifts
Chest Press
Military Press
Lateral Raises
Bent-over Rows
That should give you a good overall workout, but make sure you have someone watch you for all of those. You don't need a spotter for Deadlifts, Lateral Raises and Rows, but someone who knows the correct form and can advise you as you learn will be a great help.0
