Thanks for posting this, fishernd. I wish I had known about it sooner. I ordered a bottle, paid the S & H on it only, thank goodness. It DID NOT work for me. :noway: :grumble: If it works for someone else...then wonderful! And congrats to you, fishernd for reaching your goals..:drinker: :flowerforyou: Care to share your "secret"?

No secret! Just MFP, and doing extreme bootcamp at my gym (indoor) which involves 3 days of weight training and 3 days of cardio. All of our cardio is done at intervals to trick the body. I also bought a HRM to track how many calories I was actually burning. I love it (Polar F6).

The past 2 weeks I have slowed way down in weight loss due to an injury preventing me from running, but hoping to pick it up this week on the arc trainer instead! I shoot for 1000 calories burned on my cardio days. I know that seems like a lot but for someone as big as me I can do that in the 2 hours I spend at the gym between the machines, rest, and stretching! (I don't have a significant other or kids so I have the time to dedicate to working out).

Unlike most people on here, I don't eat my exercise calories. If I'm hungry and/or feel dizzy, I make sure to eat more. This may or may not work for everyone.

Good luck! You can do it!
