Im currently an unemployed housewife helping my husband with his small plumbing business. We are about to be empynesters and I'm the only one that is overweight and out of shape in the house and all my friends live more than a couple of hours away lol so I'm doing this alone and would love to connect to some people and compare ideas about exercize and food menus.
