Need some suggestions, scale has stalled

I am a 5'6' female. I have lost 23 pounds so far but nothing in the last 8 weeks. I am averaging 1350 calories a day. I do resistance training 3-4 days a week and run 5 days a week. Average calories burned per day of 622. I cant lose anything. Body fat has gone up and no weight loss. Really frustrated and ready to quit. Help!!!
