Has anyone ever read this book and tried the program? I have just started reading it. My understanding is that it is a low-carb program that helps regulate blood sugar by eating non-processed foods and healthy fats. I'm sure that this program would help one to lose weight and become healthier, but my question is: to those who have tried it, is it something that was easy for you to do long-term?
