Newbie from UK

Hi all,

I am new to fitness pal and looking for people who have like minded goals to improve motivation,I have changed a lot of my diet and aiming to lose 42 lbs currently weigh in at 210lbs
I enjoy weight training and a bit of cardio work (mainly treadmill)
I am 33 years old and have steadyily put weight on in my mid twenty's I want to be able to fit in my 32" jeans again :)
I really need to lose the weight as heart disease runs in family and I have had a wake up call
Add me as a friend and we can motivate each other
