Switching my eating up a bit..

I am on Medifast which I am not shy about. It works for me and since I have about 10 food allergies dieting is extremely tough for me.

Allergic to: Wheat, Gluten, Finned Fish, Bananas, Peanuts, Oats, etc.

So my eating has been: 6 am (meal 1), 9 am (Meal 2), noon (Meal 3), 3 pm (Meal 4), My lean & green (real food), and 8-10 pm (meal 6).

I am having a hard time getting that last meal in because either I am really tired, or just not hungry. I am more hungry during the day. So I am going to confuse my body and eat my 5 medifast meals at some point during the day, and skip the last meal after dinner.

I plan on going off Medifast this summer and starting to transistion to a Low Carb/Low fat diet. Mostly because MF restricts my exercise and when I ride 3 horses a day, I get really feeling off.

    Have you started Medifast yet? I have wheat allergies, too, so I am hopeful at how MF will work for me.
