Is it ok to continue normal excercise while pregnant?

Like running, aerobics, lifting weights?
Is there a limit to what you should do?

You should consult with your OBGYN pertaining to this where it concerns your pregnancy (aka medical related)

You should talk with your doctor about it, and things may change over the course of your pregnancy.

I do know a friend of mine was doing CrossFit up to the week before she gave birth with her doctor's permission.
  • I didn't know I was pregnant for an entire 8 months. I worked out 6 days a week. When I started feeling tired I would slow down or stop. I continued intense cardio workout mixed with yoga through my entire pregnancy without even knowing about the baby. I suggest you speak to your OB/GYN and listen to your body. Can't hurt to keep moving. It's healthy for you and baby! Congratulations!

    Thanks all. :)
Btw If it sticks I'm going with a midwife.
