275 Calorie Comfort Lunch!

My favorite thing to eat for lunch lately is really easy and quite yummy (to me) but I am kind of strange....
I love comfort food so when I realized I could make this work for lunch I was soooo happy!

and its sooo easy - I keep the ingredients at my desk and nuke it at lunchtime:

1/2 can Cream of Chicken Soup (150 calories)
1/2 can of Corn (drained) (105 Calories)

mix together add in water until desired thickness, heat for 2-3 minutes and YUMMM

Its very filling and works awesome over brown rice if your neeing a little more substance...

I love this and also make slow cooker chicken like this as well:

3 frozen cutlets
cover with 2 cans cream of chicken soup

heat on medium 6 hours

then add a can of peas (drained) and a can of corn (drained) stir and heat on high 30 minutes...

Serve over brown rice... so oo ooooo good!!
