How much exercise is too much?

So I've been contemplating starting up the insanity program along side my zumba classes that I have three days a week. But I don't want to stress out my body. I have 40lb left to lose and I have been working out for about 4 months now. And sometimes I just don't feel like I have done enough. Any suggestions?

    listen to your body...if you feel like *kitten*, or you start getting colds or constant injuries, stop. don't do insanity on the same day you have zumba and you should be fine

    This^^ It is natural to feel some fatique and soreness, especially when starting a new routine, but it should not be excessive. If it is, you need to adjust your diet and/or slack off a little. Our bodies are meant to move a lot as long as they are sufficiently fueled.
