I found this link on another message board. It put my "happy weight" 3 pounds heavier than I have for a goal.

mine was exactly what I wanted (if I exercise 3 times a week, which I'm going to keep up). I think I'd like to be a bit less though because I haven't seen any real physical change.

My Happy Weight is 7 lbs under my goal. :noway:
  • Okay, my happy weight is actually 7lbs over what I presently weigh and would be 18lbs over what I hope to weigh.:ohwell: Kinda depressing to think about, wonder if I have set an unrealistic goal for myself, but since I have lost 4lbs already, I think I will just keep plugging along.

Okay my happy weight was 7 pounds less than my goal weight. Which I use to weigh that when I was younger and everybody thought I was too thin. So I changed my frame size to Large instead of medium (I don't think of myself as large framed, but I do have muscular legs), and that put me at 1/2 a pound below my goal weight.

Interesting, my happy weight is about 9 lbs higher than my ultimate goal, but I have to say that it is the weight my body has been going to after losing a lot more weight than I have been used to keeping off...so pretty accurate!
