You need to measure!

Take your measurements and record! I regret not doing that at the beginning of January. Lesson learned - this week I've been a little discouraged because I really haven't lost any weight the past few weeks. However, this morning I put on a pair of dress pants that I couldn't get zipped a month ago. So obviously I've lost inches thru working out. Now I wish I had measured and maybe I wouldn't have gotten bummed this week!

But its still not too late for me and I'm going to measure tomorrow morning so I can see how much more progress I will make. Plus I have another pair of FAVORITE pants that I'm really close to getting back into!!!!!!!!!!!

    If you want to measure something, get a food scale. It was the best thing I did for weight loss.
