I'm Jessica-sara ( Jess ), and I'm a mommy to two beautiful boys under two. I've lost 10 pounds so far, and I need to lose 15 more to be at my perfect body/weight.
I started the 30 day shred 9 days ago, and I'm walking/jogging in the morning, and doing the odd pilates/yoga routine as well.

Love more buddies on here to push me!

    Hi Jess!!! That's awesome that you've already lost 10 pounds!!! I started the 30 Day shred last week! I have a couple of girl friends that come over a couple days a week and do it with me. The other days I am on my own :) We do Turbo Jam Ab video as well. Other days I throw in just some extra crunches and what not on my own! I've only lost 1/2 in and 1 lb so far! Need to keep on it though! Good Luck!!
