Hi.
I did some work at the gym today and made a note of the cals burned readouts. I'm only starting out so the readings are pretty basic.
The cross trainer gave a readout of approx 100 cals after 12 minutes, but when I entered this on the site I was told 277 cals for the same 12 mins. The same kinda discrepency occurs with the treadmill and bike. In fact I noted about 320 cals burned according to the gym equipment but it's over 700 on here.
Has anyone else noticed this. Is the site database so far out, is it the gym equipment, or do I need to look elsewhere to find more accurate data.
