I thought it would be fun to see what others were having for dinner tonight! And it would also help get some more ideas.

Light wheat hamburger roll
93% lean hamburger, 6oz
1 slice white american cheese
1 tbsp light bbq sauce
1 slice pineapple
1 slice tomato
1/2 carrots

total calories for dinner: 397

I'm having a quesadilla made with two 6" flour tortillas, a quarter cup Kraft 2% Mexican blend cheese, and a quarter package of Trader Joe's "Chickenless BBQ Pulled Chicken", with a dollop of sour cream.... grand total of 340 calories

Wylers Mrs. Grass homestyle vegetable beef soup.. minus the beef... 90 calories per cup.. probably have a couple cups... and maybe even splurge and have a slice of bread and butter to go alongside.

I had leftover Broccoli Beef that hubby made last night over brown rice. I made the HG Shrimpylicious Egg Rolls (189 calories for 2) with it and they were yummmmy! I'm very full right now!

songbyrd--how nice that he likes to cook. my dh used to do all the cooking...ah, those were the days.

my dinner was golden delic apple and wt control oatmeal in cinnamon.
for my snack before dinner i had 1 cup cooked rotini, 1/2 c tomato sauce, 1 tsp parmesan, 2 cups birds eye normandy blend veges (my new FAVE)

and for dessert i had mini graham cracker crust with fat free pudding and mini marshmallows (really got to wean myself off of the junk  )

thanks for the thread--this plus the salad one give lots of good ideas!
