I am so frustrated!

Good riddance MSN! They blocked my email account and my husbands. They then asked me if I have paid anything online. I said yes but not when. He very excitedly says "OH MY GOSH MAM! Someone is trying to get your information and download it right now! I am going to reset and shut down your account for 15 min. and then you need to buy this almost $200.00 program to prevent this from ever happening again! And after fees and everything it'll come to.. I stopped it right there and called it a scam. I called corporate and was told that in order to speak to anybody I have to (and I got a good laugh out of this) email them. I asked how and she said I have to set up a new account. So feel free to repost this and get the word out if you like. I and my husband are leaving msn hotmail and (at least myself) msn.com and never looking back. I encourage you to do the same. I understand if they want to start charging but not if they don't give notice and are trying to get hundreds of dollars out of people. Thanks for reading my rant.

I use Gmail and Yahoo,never had any issues with either.

I am just saying that this is so wrong. I can't even speak to anybody. But yeah thanks for the ideas on email. Glad they aren't affecting you.

Oh msn is hotmail. glad if nobody else is having problems it lust stinks that it happened to us and some others I've heard of. Family relatives
